As an athlete I need a high standard of quality nutrition several times a day, or else I will resort to junk and convenience foods due to lack of time which only eats into my performance and leaves me susceptible to illness. The Prep Kitchen meals are great tasting, better quality than what I could cook and removes so much stress from my life.

Moritz is a CrossFit athlete in the UK, training twice a day and traveling across Europe and internationally to compete in CrossFit competitions. In the last 12 months he has competed at The French Throwdown, Marbella Championship, Wodapalooza in Miami and completed 2x full distance IronMan events.
